Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. THIS INCLUDES SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS.

Jewelry is not exchangeable, even if the product does not fit. Please measure wrist or neck size accurately before submitting your order. Any jewelry that needs to be modified in terms of size will be subject to a re-stringing fee of a minimum of $10, not including additional beads needed. Larger Jewelry pieces are subject to a more expensive re-stringing fee.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges are permitted. All sales are final.
